KEVIN CONLEY

Kevin Conley leads our experienced team of recruiters. He is an entrepreneur and has run his search firm for over 15 years. Mr. Conley began his recruiting career with Russell Reynolds Associates and Korn Ferry International, where he ran the New England Region, as well as the Institutional Asset Management and Wealth Management practices before starting Conley Search Group.

Mr. Conley earned a BA from Yale University and was Captain of Men's Ice Hockey. Mr. Conley previously served as Chairman of the Joslin Diabetes Center, and currently on the Board Director of the College Diabetes Network and Christie Student Health. Mr. Conley donates 25% of the profits to Diabetes research.
